  1.        Work along with gingko design team
  2.        Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose
  3.        Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
  4.        Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
  5.        Coordinating with operations team on executing design orders
  6.        Be completely responsible for the development of design themes and concepts
  7.        Make sure the design – print process is seamless
  8.        Resourcefulness and training the design team will be part of the role
  9.        Hands on experience in Corel Draw , Photoshop & Illustrator must.

Working as part of a team with printers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists


Candidate Profile

  • Creativity in design
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

  • Attend and contribute during conference calls or face to face meetings with the client

2.Key Account Executive :Positions - 2

Positions - 2

As a Key Account Executive, also known as an account handler, you'll act as an important link between Gingko and its clients.

  1.       Interacting with clients to discuss their designing and printing needs
  2.       Presenting Designs ideas and costing to clients
  3.        Briefing the creative team who will be designing for the clients
  4.        Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  5.        Checking and reporting on the Designing and printing progress
  6.        Keeping in contact with the client at all stages until the closure of the work.
  7.        To drive business growth through existing clients by developing a proactive action plan
  8.        Regular performance review of the accounts on all the online channels.
  9.        Manage Key accounts assigned to the person both in terms of sales and service


Candidate Profile



  • 1-2 Yrs Exp
  • Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to present self professionally, persuasively and intelligently to prospects/clients
  • Taking initiative, resourcefulness and problem-solving ability
